We strive to make sure our new patients feel welcome and well taken care of. During your first visit, we will spend time reviewing your medical history. As our relationship grows, we will address any issues you may have and adjust treatment accordingly. We typically proceed with a follow-up appointment, as well as labs if needed, at a time that is most convenient for you. To receive personalized attention and compassionate care, schedule an appointment with a member of the Prime Internal Medicine Associates team today.

If you would like to fill out the Medical Record Release and New Patient Registration at the office, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Patient Financial Responsibility
Financial responsibility is determined first by the insured, and second by the adult signing the patient in at the time of the appointment. Please note that both, if different, will be submitted to collection agencies should the financial obligations of appointments not be met in a timely manner.
Charges will be accumulated and routinely filed with your insurance company during the course of treatment. Charges not covered by your insurance, patient co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance will be your responsibility and are due at the time of visit.
View some of our accepted insurance plans here or give our office a call for more information at (972) 239 - 5445.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We request that you provide at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. This will give the office the opportunity to provide services for other patients.
Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment and who do not call to cancel or reschedule will be considered a no-show. No-shows are also subject to a $50.00 no-show fee. Patients who do not show for two or more appointments in a 12-month period may be dismissed from the practice.
